"This sequence reminds me, yes yes.. I remember one morning I was called to tend to a new employee that was in a daze, wandering around the outer edges of Ventricle's lake. She was very much in a trance as she stared up into the sky beyond those frigid mountains. I accompanied her, yes I did, I remember accompanying her and tending to her in this state. We watched the distant clouds move as the air blew through our uniforms. After that? I took her back inside and brought her back down to Earth. Mentally, of course.."
