Basically, this EP is a collection of remixed and retooled tracks both from previous releases and unreleased stuff made up to the point of this whole thing coming out. A re-imagining of said songs if you will, which in turn is why this EP is titled like that.
Cover art for RE·I·MAG·INE shows Saint Nowhere's neon glowing sign-like paws doing hand signs akin to a Christian prophet. The paw on the left basically translates to PAY ATTENTION, while the one on the right is BLESSING. Pay attention listener, for my works are a blessing to your ears.. Past that though, it makes for striking visuals I'd say!
March (Under Starlight) is a callback to opening and closing tracks of my EP Under Starlight - Cliff-Kisser and Prophette's Lament respectively. Using their instrumentals for chunks of the track, I wanted to paint a picture of three generations of women all reflecting upon their family. It starts with the grandmother first, then the mother, and finally the daughter who is now all on our own (the former two have long-since passed away). As of writing in October 2025, this is my longest track I've put out so far clocking in at over seven minutes!
Unsure Crossroads (Holy, Holy, Holy) is a remix / re-tooling of a scrapped track I made during Rêve Concret's sessions called Unsure Crossroads. The track reflects upon my feelings with growing up with Catholic schooling and how it kind of was a confusion, awful mess entirely. In the end I winded up a lax Satanist, so take with that what you will!
Serenity Grove (A Memory Of) is a remix / re-tooling of a scrapped track I made during Rêve Concret's sessions called Serenity Grove. The original track had a text-to-speech voice doing the vocals, while in this one I re-recorded every line with my own voice. Added in addition to this track was a very distorted loop I made by heavily editing the sound of me tapping my desk. I wanted the loop to give off the ideas of rain going on outside, to match the bit sleepy and lullaby-esque vibe of the track.
Seeker's Doubt (Echoing Crystals) is a remix / re-tooling of a scrapped track I made during Under Stardust's sessions called Seeker's Doubt. It paints the picture of an oracle-esque sort of character doubtful of herself as she tries her damndest to find hope and safety in an uncertain future ahead.
Shifts (Overtime Mix) is a remix of the track Shifts from my first released EP Ridin' Confusion - this time with proper verses and my own voice replacing the previously text-to-speech chorus! As for what the song's about in general, it's just an office worker hating her job and doing whatever she can to not off herself despite the shoddy prospects at hand.
Moonlit Jog (Colder Nights) is a remix / re-tooling of a scrapped track I made during Rêve Concret's sessions called Moonlit Jog. The song is as literal as its title - the character being sung about is going on a moonlit jog (though perhaps overworking themselves a wee bit). Past that, I've both myself got to slow down a bit constantly creating many different works while never letting myself get complacent with said works (nor giving up on them entirely either).
Simmer (Last Words) is a remix / re-tooling of a scrapped track I made during Under Stardust's sessions called Simmer. It's a spoken horror tale of sorts, with a country-esque fella meeting an unsavory and abrupt end upon discovering something he shouldn't have. It can be assumed this is a voicemail he left someone else in his final moments, which helps lead the song into the EP's voicemail-focused closing track afterwards.
Voicemails (Unknown Caller) is a remix of the track Voicemails from my first released EP Ridin' Confusion. While the original track encourages the listener to answer the call, the remix paints a picture of no one answering no matter how hard you try. The song itself reverses the instrumental from the original track and adds in adds additional parts such as ominous claps, low breathing from me, and me using my voice (and a filter) to mimic the sort of automated messages you'd get from calling numbers that aren't available anymore. An ominous end to the EP, hinted towards through the shaky feelings of every track on the EP - with Serenity Grove lulling the listener into a false sense of security.
